About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a B2B Telehealth business. The successful candidate will be tasked with professionalizing the business, implementing strategic growth initiatives, and executing accretive acquisitions to build an industry-leading platform. This role requires a passionate and committed leader with a heavy commercial orientation, particularly in the areas of sales, strategy, and operations. The CEO will be expected to refine and execute a go-to-market strategy, partner closely with the commercial team to drive customer acquisition and market awareness, and support the company's scale through both inorganic and organic methods. While experience in private equity is not mandatory, a solid background in M&A integration is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a tenure of 20-35+ years, with a proven track record of success, and will be capable of honoring the company's past while leading it into the future. The role is pivotal in the company's transformation, and the CEO will play a key part in the planned exit strategy for 2028. The candidate should be a top executive leader from a lower middle-market B2B Telehealth company or a number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.
