Position Title: Warehouse Lead – 2nd Shift

Wage: $23.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:00pm – 12:00am (Monday – Saturday, Sundays as Needed)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in Vernon Hills, IL during the second shift. This role is responsible for ensuring that all workflow processes are running efficiently and in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines. The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in managing team activity, inventory flow, and trailer logistics to support timely product storage and distribution. Apply now!

Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient and safe workflow throughout the shift
- Monitor and enforce compliance with GMP and safety protocols among all warehouse staff
- Analyze daily operational movement and adjust labor and resources as needed to meet targets
- Ensure adequate availability of empty storage trailers for outgoing loads
- Coordinate the timely and accurate placement of products in their designated storage areas
- Serve as a point of contact for warehouse staff and support issue resolution during the shift
- Communicate with supervisors and other departments to align operations with broader company goals

Requirements for Warehouse Lead:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of GMP standards and warehouse safety practices
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
- Capable of working a physically active role during extended shifts
- Forklift certification preferred, but not required
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
