Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Junior to Lead level) Employment (Wage & Hour and PAGA)

Employment law firm is seeking attorneys specialized in Wage & Hour and PAGA cases. Experience on both plaintiff and defense sides is a plus but not required.

Job Location: Remote candidates in CA considered; onsite required 1-2 times/month. Candidates with at least 2 years of CA Wage & Hour and PAGA employment experience preferred, including mid-level to senior attorneys.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $140,000 - $275,000/year; top earners $600,000+
Additional: Percentage of firm recovery on cases
Benefits: 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance (50% coverage including dependents), flexible time off, referral program, bonuses

Position Summary: Seeking skilled Litigation Attorneys to manage Wage & Hour and PAGA cases, lead teams, and handle all litigation stages.

Responsibilities:

Manage own caseload independently
Supervise 1-3 attorneys (depending on experience and desire to earn commission)
Draft motions, develop legal strategies, conduct depositions, participate in mediations and negotiations

Qualifications:

Active CA Bar membership
Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school
Minimum 2 years of CA Wage & Hour and PAGA law experience
Strong research, advocacy, organizational, and legal skills
Deep knowledge of California Labor Code
