Position Overview

• Execute full life-cycle Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) tasks for plumbing, piping, or sheetmetal/HVAC systems across diverse sectors (hospitals, industrial, schools, retail, commercial)
• Develop end-to-end VDC deliverables, 3D models, construction documents, and flow diagrams—aligning with client and company BIM/VDC standards

Key Responsibilities

• Model, size, and layout specialty-specific systems (plumbing / piping / ductwork) in Revit (3+ years for plumbing; 5+ years for piping or HVAC)
• Perform site walk‑downs, QA/QC checks, and support coordination meetings.
• Generate coordination, fabrication, and installation drawings, including plans/ISOs and P&IDs.
• Leverage tools like Navisworks, Revizto, and BIM Track to enhance project delivery
• Work cross-functionally, adapt to strict standards, and manage deliverables independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in MEP construction; 5+ years VDC experience for piping/HVAC; 3+ years in Revit for plumbing
• Optional drafting degree; solid grasp of building codes, P&IDs, design tools, and permitting.
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office
