This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney located in Baltimore, MD. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in court, managing all phases of litigation including motions, trials, and depositions. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing expert legal advice. The attorney will also be responsible for negotiating settlements, interviewing witnesses, and collaborating with other attorneys and staff to ensure thorough case preparation and client representation.

• Experience with Trials, Motions, and Depositions
• In-depth knowledge of Court procedures and legal principles
• Strong skills in legal writing and research
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Maryland
• At least 3 years of trial experience preferred
