Revenue & Contract Flow

• Lead reviewing complex customer contracts, payment terms, amendments, and billing triggers
• Support revenue recognition tied to milestones, changes in scope, and contract complexity
• Work across systems and teams to ensure the quote-to-cash process is accurate and audit-ready

Reporting & Reconciliation

• Build reports that show billed vs. paid, open balances, and trends
• Reconcile data across billing platforms, CRM, and the general ledger
• Assist in monthly close with revenue

Systems & Data Ownership

• Work inside tools like Zuora, Excel, and ERP systems
• Monitor how data flows between Sales, Finance, and Ops
• Flag breakdowns and help fix system gaps or inconsistencies

Special Projects & Strategic Exposure

• Contribute to projects tied to growthdashboard builds, automations, or new tools
• Collaborate across teams to improve how revenue data supports decisions
• Gain early exposure to the business side of financenot just tasks, but impact
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors - Accounting, Finance or related
• 6+ months experience in Accounting, Finance, AR, Collections, or finance operations.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with Zuora (Billing module) or similar systems is a plus.
• Solid accounting fundamentals.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments.

Compensation: Starting at $60,000 with flex based on experience and potential
