Rental Manager – Path to Store Leadership
Location: Missoula, MT | Midway Rental (Division of REIC)

Lead and support counter and yard teams to deliver top-tier customer service .
Oversee rental operations: reservations, dispatch, deliveries, and fleet organization.
Drive sales and revenue growth through rentals, merchandise, and strong customer relationships.
Hire, train, and mentor staff-building tomorrow's leaders.
Maintain showroom and counter presence that represents the Midway brand.
Step in at other locations as needed to cover Store Manager roles-building your management toolkit.
Partner with Store and Regional Managers on projects that set you up for your next role .
A natural leader who thrives in hands-on daily operations .
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy with solid computer skills.
Strategic thinker who can see the big picture while handling the details.
Willingness to travel and relocate within the state when promoted.
Experience in the equipment rental or related industry preferred.
