The Role: Physician Recruiter

As a Physician Recruiter at Serenity Healthcare, you’ll lead the full recruitment process - sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top clinical talent. Your work ensures we continue to build strong, patient-focused teams across our growing network.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Working with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
  • Verifying credentials and references
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Negotiating salary and benefits packages
  • Assisting with the onboarding process
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Attending job fairs and conferences

Requirements

What You Need:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Minimum 1 year physician or provider recruiter experience preferred

· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases

· Experience managing and overseeing candidate evaluation, scheduling video and onsite interviews, and negotiating employment agreements

· Ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite, VPs, Directors, etc.

· Professional demeanor and ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
