About The Role We are seeking a dynamic, hungry, and relationship-driven Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced loan officers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about educating clients, and are eager to build strong relationships with both internal and external referral partners. You’ll have access to over 400+ active Radius real estate agents across California. Your role is to educate agents about our loan platform, increase awareness of our mortgage add-on service, and drive adoption through relationship building. You’ll also be expected to self-source and close deals while providing top-tier guidance and service to clients.
