Your Team: Legal Operations
Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed, and care. This group is building a team of the top 1% of legal operators with law firm experience across America, enabling them with next-generation technology to serve more clients - with more humanity.

Your specific duties will include:

• Reviewing medical records, bills, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Conducting verdict and settlement research to strengthen case valuations.
• Leveraging advanced AI tools to accelerate drafting while maintaining quality.
• Drafting and reviewing demand packages aligned with the firm's litigation strategy and style.
• Ensuring error-free final submissions.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury legal work , with demand drafting or reviewing experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Strong understanding of persuasive case presentation to maximize settlement value.
• Comfortable working with technology to streamline and enhance workflows.

Pay Rate Range : $70,000+ DOE (Depending on Experience)

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
