We have active cases across Suffolk County, offering day shifts from 6 to 12 hours long—designed to fit your lifestyle!
As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) with Affirmed, you'll provide top-tier care that truly changes lives. Your responsibilities may include:
Personal care assistance
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping & meal prep
Companionship & emotional support
$19.00/hour + Sign-On Bonus
Weekly direct deposit

Rapid onboarding & case placement
Flexible scheduling that works for YOU
At least 1 year of HHA experience
Valid NYS HHA Certificate
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Physical within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON (last 12 months) or chest X-ray (last 5 years)
MMR immunizations (last 10 years)
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
