About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Philanthropy to lead the growth and sustainability of its Foundation. This pivotal role involves working closely with the Board Chair and Centre Director to develop and implement a strategic plan, with a strong focus on engaging high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing donors, conducting prospect research, and stewarding new donors. They must have a proven track record in building philanthropic programs, securing revenue, and meeting growth targets. The Head of Philanthropy will also be tasked with raising the profile of the Foundation and the important work of the Centre, amplifying its reputation, and forging new relationships to support the organization's mission. The ideal candidate for the Head of Philanthropy position at the company is a highly experienced professional in philanthropy and major gift fundraising, with a passion for driving the growth of an organization dedicated to youth mental health. Essential skills include the ability to create and implement donor engagement strategies, provide financial updates, and meet revenue targets. The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills, capable of full relationship management with donors.
