Job Description

DSI is a sales enablement company that has an immediate career opportunity for a Property Experience Specialist to join our expanding team. This key role will play an important role in our Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Channel. The Property Experience Team is responsible for executing successful DIRECTV Stream property launches while ensuring an exceptional experience for all residents and property management. Additionally, they put a face on all DIRECTV Stream launches and customer touch-points.

As the Property Experience Specialist you will get to know DIRECTV Stream, help discover the components of a successful property launch, participate in onsite events, and become completely empowered to WOW our partners. Additionally, you will provide support onsite, via phone, email, and chat. You will perform product training and assist with account sign-up, answer order status questions, and assist with installations. As the primary point of contact, you will help resolve on-site issues.

Travel in-market is required 50 – 60% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with property managers, site staff, and residents
  • Provide product knowledge and materials such as, including manuals and merchandise
  • Travel to the site to assist in property launches
  • Assist with the installation of equipment
  • Provide support in collecting AT&T and DIRECTV equipment used prior to the launch
  • Drive customer acquisition by promoting DIRECTV Stream positively
    • Answering questions
    • Addressing the concerns of residents
  • Submit daily briefs
    • Issues reported
    • Resident feedback and concerns
    • Equipment shipments received
  • Assist with improving the overall property experience
  • Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues quickly

Experience

  • Entry-level is okay! We need people motivated to work hard, be presentable, and a passion to learn and grow with a company that cares.

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Other Requirements

  • Knowledge of the telecommunications & entertainment industry is preferred
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
