Description We're seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Entry‑Level Financial Analyst to join our client on a temporary-to-hire basis. You'll support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting efforts-primarily using Microsoft Excel. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow into a full-time role while contributing real value to our financial processes. Key Responsibilities + Analyze financial statements and monthly performance to identify trends and variances + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling (e.g., scenario analysis) + Aggregate and cleanse data for reporting purposes; prepare charts, tables, and dashboards + Support month-end close tasks and prepare financial summaries for stakeholders + Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and communicate insights Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field + Advanced MS Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, charts, and data manipulation + Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
