Ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience in:

• Providing quality repair and maintenance skills
• General Installations and Repairs including buy not limited to:
  • painting skills
  • Drywall repair
  • Basic carpentry
  • Flooring
  • Plumbing-Installation & Repairs
  • Basic diagnostic appliance knowledge
  • Knowledge on how to work home devices (TV, Internet, Modem, Apple TV, Amazon Fire-Stick) etc.
  • Knowledge and skill for working applications on smart phone to input receipts. open and close work orders.

Candidate also needs to have the following traits:

• Great attitude!
• Excellent attention to detail and great organization skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to Plan your work, to maximize efficiency , and get more done with less stress
• Team Player - who can communicateand work with their team

• Driving is necessary, so clean or almost clean record a must, we supply the Van!
