Litigation Attorney Opportunity in Boston

Prestigious law firms in Boston are seeking experienced Employment Attorneys to join their dynamic teams. These roles offer competitive salaries up to $180,000 base, with total compensation commensurate with experience, and flexible hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Salary: Up to $180000 Base, Commensurate with Experience

Schedule: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters.
• Develop and execute case strategies tailored to client needs.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active MA Bar admission.
• Proven experience in litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
