Job Description
CLE Marketing is seeking motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll represent CLE Marketing and its partner brands by engaging with residential customers face-to-face, educating them about our internet, TV, and mobile services, and closing sales on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally represent CLE Marketing and partner brands in designated residential territories.
Present and sell fiber optic internet, deregulated energy services, mobile phone services, and television products directly to consumers.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and product knowledge.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
Attend regular sales training and team meetings.
Accurately complete sales forms, agreements, and reports using company tools (Monday.com, SalesRabbit, etc.).
Uphold company standards for appearance, conduct, and customer service.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a competitive, team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work outdoors, walking door-to-door for extended periods.
Ability to handle objections and turn them into sales opportunities.
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone.
