One of Aquent’s leading financial services clients is looking to as a new Content Designer to their team. The Content Designer will work side by side with UX Designers, Product Owners, and UX Researchers to create customer experiences that empower people and businesses financially around the world.
You’re the ideal candidate if you’re an experienced product content designer who is also a design thinker and customer champion. You can write just about anything, but you thrive in using words to solve problems and simplifying technical jargon into conversational language. You’re a holistic and strategic thinker. Not only do you focus on details, but you can also zoom out and understand the end-to-end experience. You’re excited and self-driven to work in a fast-paced, remote, high-tech environment where you can work independently, and just as successfully in groups. You’re tireless in challenging the status quo, you demand excellence for your customers, and you’re fearless in presenting your brilliant content strategies to stakeholders
and leaders.
The skills you need:
• 5 to 7 years of experience writing content for user experiences as part of a product design team
• Plan, design and write U.S. English content for merchant product experiences (across all touch points including logged in, app, navigation and UI copy, emails, notifications, chatbots, and help).
• Excellent, highly creative writing and critical-thinking skills
• Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Experience using generative AI tools a plus
• At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and collaborating across teams
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design, Information Science or related fields is appreciated, but not required.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.00 to $66.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
