  • Innovate & Optimize: Conduct thorough constructability reviews of design packages, identifying efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Harmonize Stakeholders: Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude, expertly aligning all stakeholders with ambitious project goals.
  • Navigate the Unknown: Proactively identify project risks and opportunities, actively managing them throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution.
  • Uphold Excellence: Ensure rigorous compliance with all Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements, guaranteeing project integrity.
  • Bridge the Gaps: Seamlessly interface with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and commissioning teams, fostering collaborative success.

You're more than just experienced; you're a proven leader with a track record of delivering exceptional results. We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates a strong grasp of construction principles.
  • Depth of Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil/structural/architectural fields, including 5 years as a dedicated Project Manager.
  • Big Project Savvy: Previous experience successfully managing projects valued at $25 Million or more.
  • Estimating Prowess: Proficiency in material take-offs and estimating from complex construction drawings.
  • Drawing Mastery: The ability to expertly read, interpret, and manage changes to intricate construction drawings.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in Construction baseline development, change control, cost/schedule performance, and insightful variance analysis.
  • Agile & Adaptable: The flexibility and willingness to travel to various project locations as needed (up to 50%), often on short notice, ensuring project success wherever it takes you.
