Position SummaryAs a Skin Artist at Booji Beauty, you will deliver professional esthetic services such as facials, back treatments, skin care consultations, and targeted treatments. Youll be part of a team committed to helping guests feel confident and cared for, while you build your personal brand in a fashion-forward, collaborative salon environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and ensure a calm, joyful atmospherePerform customized skin care treatments, including:Express and signature facialsBack facialsTargeted acne or anti-aging treatmentsHand and foot massage as part of facial offeringsConduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate home care routinesRecommend and sell Booji-approved skincare productsFollow all sanitation and hygiene protocols, exceeding state board requirementsMaintain accurate guest records and service notesParticipate in continued education, training sessions, and promotional eventsCollaborate with fellow team members across salon, spa, and guest experience departmentsRequired QualificationsLicensed Esthetician in ColoradoExperience or certification in facials, skin analysis, and product knowledgeStrong guest communication and service skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and professionalismMust be available to work weekends and daysPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a spa or esthetics settingKnowledge of skin types, treatment protocols, and ingredient benefitsComfort with basic hand/foot massage and extraction techniquesExperience with booking software or digital guest recordsCore Values CommitmentAll team members must embody Booji Beautys core values:B.O.O.J.I.
