Temporary Amazon Content Assistant (12-Week Assignment)

Location: Farmingdale, NY (On-site)

Duration: 12 weeks

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Amazon Content Assistant to support an ongoing Amazon project focused on editing and uploading product images and content. This temporary role will play a critical part in ensuring our Amazon listings meet all content and image standards, helping to drive a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage main product images from Dropbox to Amazon Seller Central.
• Conduct multiple rounds of product copy revisions, including titles, bullet points, and product descriptions based on team feedback.
• Source existing product imagery in Dropbox for processing (stripping backgrounds, resizing, and formatting).
• Coordinate with design resources or follow internal guidelines to ensure stripped and resized images are re-uploaded accurately.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all uploads meet Amazon’s image and content requirements.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and version control within Dropbox.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet content deadlines

We are looking to ideally split this role into two areas of focus :

• One person dedicated to sourcing and resizing imagery.
• Another person dedicated to copy revisions and creative content tasks.
